These terms govern use of this website and the estimating process with Sierra Framing LLC.

Estimates

Estimates are free and based on the plans, scope, and site conditions available at the time of review. Discovered conditions, plan revisions, or material price changes may require a written revision before work proceeds.

Scheduling

Start dates depend on weather, inspections, material delivery, and preceding trades. We communicate schedule changes as soon as we know about them.

Scope of work

Work performed is limited to the written scope in the accepted estimate. Additional work requires an approved change order.
